You can return products in their original condition within 14 days of receiving the order. The return tax is covered by the buyer.

To return an item, follow these simple steps:

  1. Register your return: Send an e-mail to with the reason for the return.
  2. Prepare the package for return: Make sure that the goods you want to return meet our return conditions, which you can see below. Attach the order number to a note in the package.
  3. The package must be sent to Cinta Manis, by. Stine de Lange Kobberstad. Thorvald Meyers Gate 75, 0552 Oslo.
  4. Track the package: Send the package with tracking, and keep the tracking number you receive when submitting the package. This number can be used to track the return and ensure that it reaches us safely.

Return conditions

When returning products at Cinta Manis, it is important to note that certain conditions must be met for the return to be approved. We reserve the right to reject the return of products that do not meet the following criteria:

  • Products must be in their original condition and unused. This means that the product must be free of stains, dirt or other forms of damage. Any noticeable stains or damage to the product will result in the return not being approved.
  • The product must still have all labels and tags intact. Removal or missing tags will result in the return not being accepted.
  • Returns must be registered and returned to us within the stated return period, which is 14 days after the day you received the item. Returns sent after this period will not be accepted.
  • For hygienic reasons, returns of bathing suits and bikini bottoms are not accepted, but you obviously have the same right to return bikini tops if you try them on over clothes.

You will be reimbursed for the goods you return once the return has reached us and been reviewed and approved by our returns center. Return handling back to our warehouse can take up to 20 working days.

It is the price you paid at the time of purchase that provides the basis for what is refunded upon return. Please note that returning goods may invalidate the terms of the discount. If you have purchased several items in a bundle offer, for example '3 for 2' and choose to return one or more items, you will lose your discount. You then pay full price for the item(s) you choose to keep.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of products that do not meet our return conditions, or if we suspect that the product has been used or misused in any way. We encourage customers to inspect products to ensure they meet our returns policy before sending them. We are unable to send unapproved returns back to the customer.
